The Clubhouse may be rented for private parties by HOA members for member hosted events.
Clubhouse rental includes tables and chairs, use of full kitchen and outdoor barbeques.
The current cost for rentals is $100 Monday - Thursday and $250 Friday - Sunday (a security deposit of $500 is required)
Please note that the pool area cannot be used when renting the clubhouse.
